10 Days Ionian Islands Package to Zakynthos, Kefalonia & Lefkada

DAY 1 - ARRIVAL: Meet and greet at the Athens Airport to transfer you to your hotel. Free time. Overnight in Athens.

DAY 2 - ATHENS - ZAKYNTHOS ISLAND: Pick up from your hotel and drive you to Kyllini port to take the ferry to Zakynthos island. Once we reach Zakynthos, we transfer you to your hotel. Free time. Overnight in Zakynthos.

Day 3 - SEMI-PRIVATE DAY CRUISE IN ZAKYNTHOS: Transfer to Zakynthos Marina to take the cruise ship as it is one of the most ideal approaches to explore the island. We will visit the Blue Caves and the Shipwreck. We spend 1/2 hours here so as you make the most of your swim. At that point, we will have a photograph stop at Porto Vromi, then you are taken to visit the Agalas Caves and the Keri Caves. A major photograph stop is at the Turtle Island. The entire bay of Laganas and Kalamaki are brimming with turtles swimming in the seawater. The Turtles are colossal yet so agreeable and you can swim together. Our other swim stop is in the region of St Nickolas, Basilikos for around 60 minutes. DAY 4 - ZAKYNTHIOS ISLAND - KEFALONIA ISLAND: Our driver picks you up from your hotel to transfer you at Agios Nikolaos port the take the local ferry to Kefalonia. You will reach "Pessada" port in Kefalonia. Transfer at your hotel. Free time for yourself. After your rest, you can explore the city of “Argostoli” the capital city of kefalonia. Overnight in Kefalonia.

DAY 5 - KEFALONIA ISLAND - PRIVATE TOUR TO EXPLORE KEFALONIA: After your morning meal, you will crash into heaven! Our first stop will be at Lake Cavern of Melissani which is a unique topographical wonder. The normal passageway of the cavern is vertical (estimating 40x50 m) and was made by the breakdown of part of a rooftop. These days, there is additionally a fake passageway with stairs, which enables guests to visit the lake cavern. The lake is 20m underneath the surface, is about 160m long and the profundity of the water ranges from 10-40 m. Stalactites with a period of 20.000 years and odd shapes embellish the vast majority of the cavern. DAY 6 - KEFALONIA ISLAND - LEFKADA ISLAND: Today, before we depart for Lefkada, you will explore the Village of Fiskardo. This lovely spot offers nice views to the neighbor island of Ithaca. The traditional and Venetian buildings along with the houses with pretty colors embrace the natural bay offering the village a unique picturesque charm. This is the reason why , Fiscardo has become a popular destination for thousands of visitors every year. Once, we reach Lefkada, transfer at your hotel. Free time for yourself. Overnight in Lefkada.

DAY 7 - LEFKADA - DAY CRUISE (OPTIONAL): After your morning meal, we recommend you a one day journey among Lefkada, Ithaca, Scorios and Kefalonia islands by the nearby boat. PORTO KATSIKI (LEFKADA) Our first visit to the most lovely shoreline of the Ionian, the amazing Porto Katsiki for swimming. FISCARDO (KEFALONIA) The biggest island in the Ionian Pelagos with its numerous adjustments in scenes and its differed regular beauties, also you will see the adornment of the island, the town Fiscardo. A short stop to unwind at one of the tavernas and enough time for a walk ITHACA Home of Homer's Odysseus, legend history and an associating point for otherworldly individuals. DAY 8 - LEFKADA ISLAND - ATHENS: After your breakfast, we will head back to Athens. We will reach late in the afternoon. Free time for yourself. Overnight in Athens.

DAY 9 – ATHENS SIGHTSEEING: Our first stop is the Acropolis site, a complex of buildings that includes the Parthenon (main temple), Erectheion (the temple with the 6 female figurers, Caryatides), Temple of Athena Nike (Wingless Godess), Propylaia (the monumental Gate), Odeon of Herodus Atticus, Dionysus theater and finally the Mars Hill or Areios Pagos (the first ancient court and the place that St. Paul preached the Christianity for the first time in Athens). Our next stop will be the Temple of the Olympian Zeus (the largest temple in Hellenic and Roman times), the Panathenian Stadium (the stadium of the first Olympic Games on 1896), the memorial of the Unknown Soldier and the changing of the Guards (Euzones) in front of the Greek Parliament, opposite the Syntagma or Constitutional square. Let's continue and see the Trilogy of Athens (the Academy, the First University of Athens and the National Greek Library) and finally the Lycabettus Hill (the highest point of Athens) and don't forget to take some pictures and a memory in your mind and heart of the entire city. We will also drive through Plaka (the oldest neighborhood in Athens) the picturesque quarter of the city, where there are little shops with handmade crafts and gifts for you to buy and Monastiraki (Flea Market), where you can have a pleasant walk and shopping with your friends and family. If the time permits, our next stop will be the Ancient Greek Agora or the Roman Agora (ancient markets), where is the temple of Hephaestus (the most well preserved temple in Greece), the Stoa of Attalos and the beautiful St. Catherine orthodox church. When you feel hungry get ready to taste the famous Greek cuisine and have a memorable lunch, the tour will guide you to a traditional Athens restaurant or tavern. It's up to you to choose from a variety of flavors of the most known Greek dishes. After lunch, enjoy a visit at the New Acropolis Museum where you can see the marbles of the Parthenon and a superb collection of artifacts and relics found on the Acropolis excavations or the National Archaeological Museum of Athens, almost twice the size of the previous one that houses some of the most important artifacts from a variety of archaeological locations not only Greece, but Middle East and the Balkans as well from prehistory to late antiquity. DAY 10 - DEPARTURE DAY: Transfer to Athens airport according to your flight details.
